"In 2006, I was shot and paralyzed with a 7to10 percent chance of ever moving my lower body again. After starting physical therapy, in June 2007, at Boston Medical Center, I relearned to sit up and stand with a walker. 

Because I was making unforeseen progress, I was chosen as a participant in the Christopher Reid Program. During that time, I was learning to make steps using a walker. Despite the success, I still struggled with gout, being overweight, heartburn, sleep apnea, and allergies. 

Although I was meeting milestones, I didn't feel internal healing in my mind, body, and soul; something was missing. I sought Jehovah for spiritual and physical healing. I was awakened to God's herbs and way of life.

Once I understood God's way of living and eating, I started implementing them, and all of these problems began to disappear. It worked for me, and I know it will work for you. I give all the glory to God! 

In 2020 I was living a life full of unhealthy lifestyle habits and on Christmas Day I was hospitalized for uncontrollable bodily expulsion. For the next four years I was plagued with multiple hospital admissions through sudden episodic instances with no definitive explanation as to why. 

Through these four years; after initially fasting for three months, and incorporating seamoss into my daily habits to receive the nutrients my body needed, I began to feel internal changes in my desires. After 13 years of smoking cigarettes, I gave them up cold turkey; I removed dairy from my diet, I incorporated fasting into my lifestyle, and significantly reduced the amount of meat I consumed.

Now; I have gone from 270 lbs to 180lbs, it feels easier to breathe, I no longer snore nor have sleep apnea, my bowel movements have become regular, and my bodily pains of my back and knees have significantly reduced. Above all else, I have found my way to the feet of Yesua, Jesus Christ, through prayer and fasting; and he now guides me on this continued journey of healthy lifestyle improvements.
